You can enjoy a lecture on meat and barbecue at “Yoro Uimaimon Hiroba”, a BBQ facility of “Yoro Meat”, which has been in business for half a century in Yoro Town. In the meat lecture, you can listen to a person who holds the “Meat Certification Level 1” of Yoro Meat talk about meat, which is usually difficult to learn about. You can choose from 3 courses (pine, bamboo, or plum) including at least one dish of Hida beef, which is a representative brand of beef in Gifu Prefecture. Please enjoy Yoro Meat’s special meat. Those who wish can also take a tour of the cattle barn.

1) Prices for the experience plan are based on the portion of Hida beef, with a choice of 6,000 yen for the plum course, 7,000 yen for the bamboo course, or 8,000 yen for the plum course.
2) This plan is for lunch or dinner on weekdays; separate plans are available on weekends and holidays.
3) We are currently preparing a small-group plan for two people, and will provide you with an individual plan as soon as it is ready.
